Over the weekend, the Vance & Hines MX Team was in action at the final round of the Transworld MX Spring Series held at Competitive Edge MX Park in Hesperia, CA. The TWMX Spring Series is a new local series put together by Transworld MX and takes place at several local tracks in the SoCal area. Rider turnout for the first five rounds has been really solid, with this past weekend’s turnout of around 500 riders in 30 classes for the two-day event.
For the Vance & Hines team, Steven Tokarski was back on track using this race as preparation for the Loretta Lynn Regionals coming up in two weeks. Steven has continued to build momentum as he regains his form having been off the bike recovering from injury. In the 250 class, Steven took home 2nd place overall with second place finishes in both motos. On the 450, Steven got great holeshots on both starts to dominate the class taking the overall win, going 1-1 in both motos.
Following the Memorial Day weekend holiday, the Vance & Hines MX Team will get ready for the Loretta Lynn Northwest Regional Championship, June 7-11th. Keep up with the latest news on Vance & Hines at vanceandhines.com and at facebook.com/vanceandhines.com.
