Osman, WI (March 5, 2012) – James Gang/Hoban Brothers Racing, presented by Woodstock H-D, Powerlet.com and Spectro Oils is pleased to announce Brice Cooper will join the team and enter the AMA Pro Vance & Hines XR1200 class. Cooper is the 2010-11 Triumph Thruxton Cup Series National Champion and former host of HGTV’s “Design on a Dime” and fill-in pit reporter for SPEED-TV. He will make his XR1200 class debut at Daytona International Speedway alongside team co-owner Paul James, who finished 4th and 9th in the first two seasons of the XR1200 championship.

Ben Schmidt will also join James Gang/Hoban Brothers Racing as crew chief, replacing veteran Mike Kirkpatrick, now with Erik Buell Racing’s AMA Pro Superbike effort. Hoban Cycle’s John Dahmer will continue to serve as the team’s general manager.
