2011 Arizona Bike Week

4/12/11 SANTA FE SPRINGS, CA – On the heels of Daytona Bike Week, the westcoast launched its first salvo for the 2011 rally season, Arizona Bike Week. Trading the balmy tropical climes of Florida for the arid heat of the desert, the Vance & Hines Show Truck made its way to Westworld of Scottsdale for the 15th running of the event, and like Daytona, it was fantastic to see crowds up over the year prior.

Partnering with local Drag Specialties dealer Chester’s Harley-Davidson for the event, the Vance & Hines Show Truck displayed the latest offerings for rally-goers to see and hear, and then Chester’s H-D was there to make the sale and install the parts for customers.

And like Daytona, the products in the greatest demand were the Hi-Output slip-ons and Power Dual headers for Harley Touring models. This setup provides one of the best power gains for Dressers while producing a deep and powerful rumble.

On the electronics side, the buzz is continuing to build for the Throttlepak. Designed for all late model Harley’s equipped with fly-by-wire throttles, like 2008 and later Touring bikes, Throttlepak eliminates  throttle lag, providing dynamic and crisp throttle response.

Next up, the Vance & Hines Show Trucks are splitting up to cover two events at the end of April, the Laughlin River Run in Nevada, April 26-30, and the Thunder Beach Rally in Panama City, Florida, April 27 – May 1. Keep up with all the latest at vanceandhines.com and facebook.com/vanceandhines
